We would like to offer our users a first-class search and surfing experience. Therefore, we are strict about the misuse of Mister Wong. A breach of our terms of use at Mister Wong (especially in regards to Spam) may result in a permanent privatization or deletion of your account, or as the case may be, of a URL/Domain (blacklist), which will no longer be publicly accessible on Mister Wong. We ban several forms of Spam. We constitute Spam as the following:

• The use of numerous accounts to influence the popularity of bookmarks
• Saving of affiliate or partner links
• Made for AdSense – Websites, which are primarily for the use of AdSense, banners, and affiliate link and have no other actual content.
• Get rich quick websites
• Saving of sites still under construction or selling domains
• Saving of an unusual amount of bookmarks which link back to one site
• Using offers of advertisements in the bookmark comment
• Inappropriate or misleading bookmark comments which bear no relation to the actual website
• The misuse of building link popularity
• The use of pornographic, extreme right, glorification of violence, illegal, and immoral and/or unreasonable content
• Linking to dialer sites, phishing sites, or any other sites with damaging content
• Automatic-forwarding websites and websites, which open a variety of advertisement windows

The aforementioned forms are not typically used by normal users, but by operating companies' own websites and users, who work in (online) marketing. Of course we are happy to have users from this branch, but ask, for the sake of security to your account and your website, to uphold Mister Wong’s ban on Spam. If you’re unsure of the practice of the Anti Spam Rules, follow the basic principle from Google: "If you have to think about whether it’s Spam or not, it’s Spam." A well maintained, regularly active account without Spam is more valuable in the long run – for all users.
