Born in 1977 in Virgina, Jason Mraz began his career in the coffee shops of New York and San Diego, where he quickly established himself with his crystal clear voice and individual music style comprised of rock, pop, folk, and reggae. Together with the percussionist of Toca Rivera, he recorded his first album "Waiting for My Rocket to Com" in 2002, which led to the single of the same name reaching platinum in the USA. The singer-songwriter had his greatest international breakthrough with his current album "We Sing, We Dance, We Steal Things", on which he collaborated with artists such as Colbie Caillat and James Morrison and whose single "I’m Yours" became a summer hit in 2008.
