Since then he's worked to engage youth voice in dozens of programs and hundreds of schools in communities across the United States and Canada. He founded two internationally-recognized programs focused on youth voice: SoundOut, promoting student voice in schools, and The Freechild Project, focused on engaging young people in social change. Today Adam works in the Washington State Department of Health and is a private consultant.
